- Team 2 (Gilles, Lil’ Kim & Ty)did the Tango to Womanizer (Spears) 28
Favorite Couples: Gilles & Cheryl, Shawn & Mark and Melissa & Tony are still my top 3 couples. I don’t really like the Lindy Hop but I thought Gilles did it well. Melissa was out due to injury but I think her performances so far have earned her another week in the competition.
Who’s Going Home: Probably Ty or Chuck. I like Ty better so I hope he stays in the competition one more week!
Other Thoughts: Team Tango–wow!

The vampires just love Sookie’s ability to read minds. The Queen of Louisiana has summoned her to a vampire summit—vampire politics are apparently much nastier than regular politics and the Queen needs any edge she can find. Sookie’s not overly fond of the Queen or her entourage but the paycheck promises to be good, clothing expenses are provided and Quinn will be there. Unfortunately Bill and Eric will be there as well—Sookie is still reeling from the devasting revelation about Bill in Definitely Dead—and Eric, well things with Eric are always complicated.
If only being in close proximity to the Queen, Andre and Bill were all that Sookie had to worry about. In short order the Arkansas vampires will be taken out, a bomb will be planted outside of Louisiana’s door and all signs point to something big from the Fellowship of the Sun. Sookie will find herself tied a little more closely to Eric—and she’ll discover something unsettling about Quinn’s past. On the plus side, Sookie does get to reunite with Barry the bellboy—the only other telepath she’s ever met.

To save a child, Sookie takes a big risk and volunteers her mind-reading abilities to the Bon Temps police. People have always had their suspicions of course, and Andy Bellefleur has known with certainty for awhile now. Still, Sookie’s concerned that this good deed will lead to future complications—but she doesn’t have much time to worry. The Pelts are still looking for Debbie and werewolves keep attacking Sookie & Quinn. Sookie’s also just received word that her cousin Hadley has died—a second time and final time, that is—apparently Hadley’s been a vampire for a few years.
As always, Sookie has a few mysteries to unravel. In the midst of everything, she’ll find a new friend . . . and discover something quite painful about Bill.

- Ty & Chelsie did the Paso Doble to Barracuda (Heart) 21
- Lil’ Kim & Derek did the Viennese Waltz to I’ll Be (McCain) 26
Favorite Couples: Gilles & Cheryl, Melissa & Tony, Shawn & Mark. *Still rooting for Ty & Chelsie . . .
Who’s Going Home: Steve-O? anyone but my favorites, please!
Other Thoughts: Samantha Harris asking Chuck if the bended knee was leading to an announcement—awkward and unnecessary. Loved Melissa & Tony’s Paso—although not as much as Gilles & Cheryl’s. Poor Ty—the pace of his Paso was too slow for Barracuda. Is there a spark of romance between Steve-O & Lacey? I still don’t like him—but I don’t dislike him as much as I did at first.

Sookie’s life is complicated. Her brother is showing all of the signs of becoming a were-panther and the timing couldn’t be worse—a sniper has apparently set sights on the shapeshifting population of Bon Temps. You would think that would be bad enough, but it isn’t—since Jason was ‘made’ a were-panther by a natural were-panther’s attack, the local shapeshifters think he may be the sniper.
In between pacifying the shapeshifters and trying to find the sniper, Sookie is reluctantly pulled into an unsettling werewolf ceremony (yuck!). She’s also hosting a pirate vampire, trying to protect her friend Tara from one of the scarier vampires and, oh yeah, someone tried to burn down her house. I suppose, with this much danger, it’s only fair that she has several supernatural hotties vying for her attention—her fairy godmother may lighten her mood but even a fairy godmother can’t protect her from every situation she gets herself into.
